Drop off & Pick up

Morning drop off

In the morning, children need to arrive between 8:30am and 8:45am. School starts sharply at 8:45 in their classroom.

Kindergarten 1 and 2 (‘PS’ and ‘MS’ classes):

Their entrance door is on the left hand side of the building.
Once in the cloakroom, with their parents help, children need to undress and put their slippers. Then parents need to take their children up to their classroom.

Kindergarten 3 (‘GS’), elementary level and high school :

Their entrance door is the main door. 
Once in the cloakroom, children need to undress, put their slippers and wait until their teacher takes them to their classroom.

Afternoon pick up

For kindergarten and elementary children, school finishes at 3:15pm.

Kindergarten 1 and 2 (‘PS’ and ‘MS’ classes):

Parents are asked to pick up their children directly from their classroom.
If parents are late, children will go to the afternoon childcare until their parents arrive. In this case, the childcare rules and fees apply.

Kindergarten 3 (‘GS’), elementary level and high school :

If parents are late, children will go to the afternoon childcare until their parents arrive. In this case, the childcare rules and fees apply.

From the elementary level (from the ‘CP’ class), children can leave school on their own if authorised by their parents. Please send your written authorisation to the secretary office and inform the teacher.

Authorising a relative to pick you your child
For the kindergarten level only:
At the start of the school your, you will be able to provide - in writing - a list persons authorised to pick up your child on your behalf.
If you want to modify your list, please do so in writing before the change occurs.
