Child care

The school organises two optional childcare sessions:

• in the morning from 8:00am to 8:30am, before school starts. Children are not accepted before 8:00 am, and after 8:25am. Parents need to ensure their children are in the building and undressed before they leave.
• in the afternoon from the end of the school day at 3:15 pm, until 5:30 pm. From 5:20pm, children will be dressed and ready to leave school.

This service is offered on first come first served basis. Children are to be registered at the start of the school year, and enrolment will confirmed according to available space.

During the year, it is also possible to register a child for a one-off session, if there are available seats on the day. Please contact our administration office at least 48 hours before.

Please provide an afternoon snack for the afternoon session. Children will have time to eat it between 3:15 and 3:30pm.

Fees

Childcare can be paid monthly, or per session:

• Monthly fee, for access to both morning and afternoon sessions, on school days: 165 euros per month.
• Morning session only: 2 euros / morning
• Afternoon session only: 4.10 euros / hour. Each started hour is due.

For un-registered children attending a childcare session, including if parents are late to pick up a child: 15 euros / hour started.

After 5:30pm, for parents late to pick up a child: 50 euros /15 minutes/child.

In case of absence or cancellation, booked sessions will be charged if not cancelled at least 24 hours before the session.
Invoicing of childcare is done on the following month school invoice based on registration.

For security reason, when picking up your child/children, always ensure the staff in charge is aware of the child/children’s departure before you leave.
