The Cercle Jules Verne: association of support of the French school Jules Verne composed of a bureau elected at the beginning of each school year and of its members, parents of pupils of the school or outside people (annual contribution of 20 euros).

Proposes activities to its members:

• sporting RDV
• reading workshops
• cooking workshops
• creative workshops
• coffee-meetings
• goûters at the school and sale of croissants and pains au chocolat
• “Discovery” of the country, Finnish culture… trips

Finances (thanks to these activities) certain projects of the teachers for all the school's pupils:

• Christmas, the visit of Father Christmas, his chocolates and his gifts
• "Christmas show" trips for all the classes (Christmas Magician show in 2008, winter circus in 2009)
• school fair and tombola…
• end of the year trips: travel to Turku, school camp at Nukksio
• various materials: radio, sound equipment for the end of the year show and clubs

To become member is

• to reward yourself, meet new people, participate in the activities, bring your ideas, and so to help the Cercle Jules Verne bring its financial support to all the pupils and their professors.
• Open to all, the Cercle sincerely wishes to combine cosmopolitanism, mixity, cultural wealth, talents and ideas but also wishes to work, create, organize, discuss… in a cordial and pleasant environment, in partnership with all the teaching and non-teaching personnel of the Jules Verne French school.
